Matina Moutsiou
Matina Moutsiou is a Speech-Language Pathologist, graduate of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy of the School of Health Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Patras, licensed to practice (Lic. No. 599). She has clinical experience in the field of developmental speech and language disorders.
During her studies and throughout her professional career, she has been trained and has acquired working experience in early intervention, neurodevelopmental disorders, phonological and articulatory disorders, ADHD, as well as special education (KE.DI.VI.M. of the University of the Aegean). She has been trained in specialized programs and seminars, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), in which she also holds clinical experience. She has attended numerous training courses and seminars such as “Early Intervention in Infancy and Toddlerhood” (Community Mental Health Center of Vyronas-Kaisariani, 1st Psychiatric Clinic, NKUA), augmentative and alternative communication systems (PECS, MAKATON), developmental verbal dyspraxia (SIMATA), pediatric voice therapy, the Greenspan Floortime approach, Intensive Interaction, Social Stories, as well as the Speech-Language Assessment Protocol for School Age (PLASI). She also regularly attends supervisory sessions in Developmental Speech-Language Therapy at the Institute for Research and Education in Speech-Language Therapy.
Her clinical experience within the framework of university training includes university clinics, kindergartens, primary and special education schools, care homes, and hospitals, as well as internship placements. As part of her volunteer work, she participated in an annual early intervention program (Community Mental Health Center of Vyronas-Kaisariani) and took part in co-therapy groups for children with special developmental disorders, collaborating with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and psychologists.
Since 2020, based in Athens, she has been actively collaborating with private specialist therapy centers, where she provides assessment, individualized goal-setting, and intervention for children and adolescents with difficulties in language, communication, and speech.
At a research level, her undergraduate thesis focused on case studies of alaryngeal esophageal speakers and the acoustic analysis of prosodic and articulatory features. This work was presented at Greek and international scientific conferences and was awarded the prize for best undergraduate oral presentation. She has actively participated in speech-language therapy conferences in Greece and abroad, with presentations relating to esophageal speech and interdisciplinary collaboration in early intervention (co-therapy).

Vasiliki Tsoutsani – Psychologist, MSc

Vasiliki Tsoutsani is a licensed Psychologist, MSc (Lic. No. 1231). She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology of Education from University College London (UCL), from which she graduated with Distinction. She is also a graduate of the Department of Psychology at Cardiff University in the United Kingdom, and of the School of Philosophy at the University of Crete, where she completed her undergraduate studies. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Sleep Education and Research Laboratory (SERL) at UCL, as well as at the Developmental Psychology Laboratory at the University of Crete.
Upon returning to Greece, she began her specialization in the four-year Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program for adults at the Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Studies (SCBS) in Athens. Within the same framework, she also completed a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Children and Adolescents.
In addition, she was certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behaviour Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She is also a regular member of the Hellenic Association for Behavior Analysis.
Finally, from her undergraduate years to the present, she systematically attends nationwide Psychology conferences and professional development seminars in order to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field.
